Swing into Winter at Shoreditch Town Hall featuring King Groovy & The Horn Stars

Don your sharpest threads and head to Shoreditch Town Hall as we Swing into Winter!

Get in the groove with the beginner and intermediate swing dance classes to kick off the evening where you can learn some NEW hot moves that will keep you dancing all night long to live swing band.

There’ll be great vintage tunes from the 30s, 40s and 50s courtesy of DJ Simon “Mr Kicks” Selmon and Baroness Jojo, cabaret performances from StompSquad and SwingdanceUKs Diamond Girls while live band King Groovy & the Horn Stars will have the joint jumpin’ as you jive, jitterbug, hoochie coochie and shim sham shimmy your way through the evening.

Plus this year we are holding the third Shoreditch Town Hall Swing Dance Championships, a fun competition to find this Winter’s champs: enter on the night with a partner – any Swing or Authentic Jazz style welcome. Finals judged by audience applause.
